Extra Information about Backorders

A Backorder is a Pre-order of goods (that has sold out previously). You will know that it is a Backorder when there is a tab of the word "BACKORDER" on the item. 

A Backorder will generally arrive within 4 - 6 weeks’ time. However, on certain occasions, there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, fabric availability etc.). Such delays will be communicated to customers as soon as we can.

Please note that for backorders, if the item that you are ordering is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of Omgoing's control / decision, store credits will be given to you. There will be strictly no refunds given. 

There will be no exchanges / credit / refunds if you chose the wrong size / colours either for backorder reservations. Please make sure sizes / colours you ordered are correct. 

We encourage you to join a Backorder only if waiting is comfortable for you.
