OVERVIEW
This website is operated by OMgoing Pte Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OMgoing. OMgoing offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY:
Kindly ensure that the correct product, size, colour and your shipping address have been entered prior to checking out. (You will not believe how many people key in their addresses without right postal codes or even unit numbers!) Omgoing is unable to amend any orders once they have been shipped. 
To consolidate orders, please write your instructions / requests in the notes box provided on the website when you place your orders. 
All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment.
Delivery is carried out during work hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore). 
Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
Omgoing will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should the customer opt for normal (free) postage in Singapore. 
1. MODES OF DELIVERY (LOCAL)
We will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel to the selected service provider. After your parcel has been dispatched, the time taken for your parcel to reach you varies as it is dependent on the mode of postage chosen. Please refer to the following for more information on the approximate time frame needed. 
The price of postage includes handling fees.
I. FREE / NORMAL MAIL (WITHIN SINGAPORE)
We ship free of charge anywhere within Singapore. The cost (which Omgoing is paying for ) of normal postage starts from SGD$1.50, which we are absorbing for you. All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow your parcels 3 working days and above, to reach you. 
  • Please however, note that normal mail offers entirely no tracking features, hence registered mail is highly recommended. This means you are not able to track your normal mail parcels or find out the delivery status of your parcels. 
  • OMGOING will not be liable for any delayed or / and missing parcels sent via normal mails. We are not able to check in for you either with Singpost / your postal office. Any enquiries will have to be checked by yourself. 
  • We do not offer refunds / exchanges / resending of your orders if they are lost, misplaced, mishandled etc by Singpost for normal mail.
  • Registered mail is highly recommended. 
II. REGISTERED MAIL (WITHIN SINGAPORE)
The cost of Registered mail is SGD4.80. The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost. 
Please allow your parcels 3 working days and more to reach you. 
Your tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been delivered.
III. SELF COLLECTION (SINGAPORE)
Customers can choose to collect the parcels / mats and towels yourselves from a residential address in the east of Singapore. Please write to info@omgoing.com to check in on this. If possible for both parties, we can also meet you at agreed locations to hand you the parcels. 
For self collection, please kindly note that any transport expenses incurred in the process will not be reimbursed. As such, please only opt for self-collection if you are agreeable with it.
Self collection's item will only be kept in Omgoing's office for a period of 2 weeks. Items that are unclaimed after 2 weeks, will be resold. 
2. True Fitness members
For True Fitness members who have purchased our products and wish to meet us, to collect the products from one of our representatives, please kindly email us your request at info@omgoing.com. We can arrange to meet at an agreed time and gym location. 
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We will need 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel. For international delivery, please make sure to choose the right shipping charges. Please see our 'Shipping Information' page to find out more. 
BACKORDERS:
If you are interested to purchase an item that is sold out, please kindly email us with the item's name, color and size. You can email your request to info@omgoing.com. 
If you are interested for OMgoing to bring in an item that you like from one of our partners on our site, please kindly email us with the item's name, color and size. You can email your request to info@omgoing.com. 
Arrival time to Singapore, for different brands differ because of different shipping and carrier modes from our partner's warehouses or shipping locations. 
There may be delayed backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such a delayed shipment, lack of fabric etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders are not applicable. Refunds will not be made. 
Backorders may also be cancelled due to insufficient quantity, upon stocks arrival, by our supplier. For such circumstances, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
Omgoing will not be able to combine instock and backorder items to be mailed out together.
PRODUCTS:
Colors of product may differ due to color calibration of the individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used during a photo-shoot.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the site. What you’ll see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment we are therefore unable to guarantee the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
A difference of 0.5”-1" between the item(s) received with what was provided in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, etc will not be considered for exchange/ return/ refunds. 

    PRODUCT CARE:

    You are advised to hand wash all apparels (individually) bought from Omgoing, without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
    PAYMENT
    Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
    We only accept 3 modes of Payment - They are Paypal, credit cards via Paypal & funds transfer. 
    All cancelled orders cannot be reversed. Please make a new order. 
    Omgoing aims to verify all internet-banking payments efficiently. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Omgoing to process her/ his order. Omgoing will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Omgoing would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.
    GIFT VOUCHERS/ DISCOUNT CODES
    The Vouchers are in Singapore currency. 
    Vouchers can only be applied once for one time transaction, and they are not able to be shared or spilt. 
     
    All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. 
    For discount codes, Omgoing reserves the right to change / alter the terms / make amends to the discounts at any time. 
    Omgoing Pte Ltd reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed.  
    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
