We understand that you might have some queries and we can help you with them here:

 

1. How do I use my discount code / promo code? 

Your discount / promo code has to be entered in the box which states ‘DISCOUNT’ when checking out. Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Apply discount’. As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you enter the correct discount code.

 

2. Can I combine my instock and backorder items together? 

Unfortunately, instock and backorder items cannot be combined in a single parcel. Please try to make 2 separate purchases on our site. 

If you prefer to wait and combine your parcels, please write to us at info@omgoing.com & let us know your order numbers and we can sort it out for you. 

 

3. I have received an incorrect/ faulty item in my order. 

Firstly we would like to apologise for this mistake. We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway.
Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the incorrect item's name and number.
We'll get back to you within 48hours and try to resolve it for you as quickly as we can. Please email us at info@omgoing.com.

4. How long do I have to wait for backorder items? 

This all depends on the availability of our partner's stock levels and also the shipping modes and carriers involved. We strive to fulfil your backorders in 3 - 6 weeks and if it arrives earlier, we will inform you via email as soon as we have more information on shipment dates. If the items that you have backordered are not available anymore from our partners, store credits will be given to you. 

If the items that you have backordered are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, store credits will be given to you. 

There will be no refunds given. 

 

5. I am not from Singapore but I would like to purchase your items. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! We ship worldwide every week. Please look at our 'Shipping Information' tab. Worldwide shipping rates have also been reduced since 2016 so shop away!

6. I have an enquiry / query - how do I contact you?

7. What is our refund policy? 

 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED :
We apologize for sending you an incorrect item, please mail the incorrect item(s) back to OMgoing within 7 working days from the day the parcel was received by customers.

Before you mail it back to us, please take a photo of the incorrect item(s) received and forward the photo to us at info@omgoing.com 
An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect. 
There is strictly no cash refund and all exchanges will only be done if the item is still in its original conditions (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). The tags must also be uncut and intact. 
Omgoing will not accede to any exchange/refund request should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.

Store credits will be given if the item that you have bought is unavailable. 
DEFECTIVE / FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED :
All exchanges have to mailed back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was received by customers.

Please take a photo of the defect with your descriptions and send the photo to info@omgoing.com prior to mailing it back to us.
Exchanges will only be done if the item is still in its original conditions (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). The tags must also be uncut and intact. 
An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty. 
There is strictly no cash refund.  Store credits will be given if the item that you have bought is unavailable. 
There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in the published measurements as items are mass produced and not made to measure. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different monitors have different resolutions.
In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

OMgoing does not entertain a change of mind exchange - please be certain before you make your purchase. We do not exchange products because you changed your mind. 
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the site. What you’ll see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment we are therefore unable to guarantee the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
