Return & Exchanges

When you shop at OMGOING, your satisfaction is always our priority - in the event you need to return or exchange a product you purchased from us, we hope our return and exchange policy will assure you of our commitment to after - sales service.

All sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There will be no exceptions to this. 

All items bought with discount codes (from social media pages, contests etc) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable as well.

Snap Tattoos, Yoga Design Lab products, Mantrabands and paddings are strictly non - refundable and non - exchangeable. 

Wrong sizes chosen

At OMGOING, we strive to make you happy. Sometimes you may have chosen the wrong sizes for your apparels as everyone's body is different and we are all gorgeous!

If you have chosen the wrong size, please write to us immediately at info@omgoing.com and we will attend to your email as soon as we can. Please only send back the exchanged item when you have our confirmation via email. Mailing charges back to our return address will be borne by the customer. 

Exchange requests outside the 14 day window, from date of delivery, will only be accepted at our sole discretion.

If you have chosen the wrong size:

    • A direct replacement of the original product order will be provided, in your desired size. In the event that the product is sold out, store credits will be issued. Store credits have a validity period of 30 days from the day we receive the returned parcel.
    • We do not provide exchanges to other designs or styles or brands. If the wrong size is chosen, we will exchange for a smaller / bigger size of the same product only. There will be a exchange mailing fee of SGD2 for every parcel that is exchanged, for normal mail shipping and SGD4.80 for registered shipping. A completion of the funds transfer would need to be done before we send out the exchanged item.
    • In the event that the product is sold out, store credits will be issued. Store credits have a validity period of 30 days from the day we receive the returned parcel. We will not extend store credits further than 30 days.
    • We do not provide cash refunds for returns for wrong sizes.
    • All exchanges have to be carried out by post.
    • Exchanges have to be sent back to us in their original packaging, that includes the packaging of the products too. Customers bear the charges of the returned parcels themselves.
    • You may return the product to us within 14 working days of receipt.

Return & Exchange Rules :

Please read carefully our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

  • Returns have to be sent back to us in their original packaging. Customers bear the charges of the returned parcels themselves. 
  • The product should be returned unworn, in its original condition and with garment tags untampered. 
  • Returns outside the 14 day window will only be accepted at our sole discretion.
  • Returns that have been worn, washed, soiled, damaged or returned without its original label/garment tags will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Once we have checked in on the condition of the returned/ exchanged apparels, store credit codes will be emailed to you. 
  • There will be no refunds given for returns & exchanges. 

Faulty product received

  • All our products are individually checked before they are dispatched. If the product you receive is faulty, please email us at info@omgoing.com immediately with a photo of the fault area. We are sorry about that & we will speak to our suppliers about it.
  • Exchange requests outside the 7 day window, from date of delivery, will only be accepted at our sole discretion.
  • A direct replacement of the original product order will be provided. In the event that the product is sold out, store credits will be issued. Store credits have a validity period of 30 days from the day we receive the returned parcel.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for returns for faulty products.
  • All exchanges have to be carried out by post via registered mail. 
  • You may return the product to us within 7 working days of receipt.

Incorrect product received

We sincerely apologise for our mistake in sending out an incorrect product item. Please email us at info@omgoing.com immediately and we will attend to you in 1 - 2 working days.

Backordered items

Backorders are not to be exchanged / exchanged for store credit. Please be very sure before you make your backorders. There will be no exceptions to this. 

We do not entertain a change of mind ( to other styles / brands / designs) - so please be very sure before you purchase an apparel or item from our store. 

We try our utmost best - est to make you happy so please work with us as well - there is little need to be sarcastic or mean to us. Rude comments or judgemental emails will not be entertained :)
