Returns are applicable on all regular priced items. This does not include Yoga Design Lab items, Omgoing padding, Omgoing balls, gift vouchers and all sale items.
All sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There will be no exceptions to this.
All items bought with discount codes (from social media pages, contests etc) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable as well.
Each store credit can only be used once, is not stackable and any excess amount will not be refunded. Orders placed using a store credit voucher are not applicable for another exchange / return.
Your return must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order Reference number ( e.g #12128 ). Your return will be processed within 7 business days when we receive it.
Conditions Of Return
All returns have to be sent back to us in their original packaging. Customers bear the charges of the returned parcels themselves. The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition and with garment tags untampered.
An inspection will be done to ensure that items are in a resell-able condition before store credits are issued.
How To Return
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and let us know the item you want to return within 1 week from the date of delivery. Please wait for our email confirmation before proceeding.
2. Pack the item in an appropriate packaging to prevent it from being stained / damaged during delivery. You may reuse our Omgoing polymailer too. Please put your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the parcel.
3.Send out the parcel via a trackable mode of delivery to our warehouse. Delivery charges are borne by you.
Please note that we do not do exchanges for sizes / or do refunds for international orders. All orders made on our site for international orders are final. This is due to logistic, shipping and exchange rate updates.
For our customers in Malaysia, because of the near proximity to Singapore, please drop us an email at email@example.com and let us know about the item you wish to return for credits. The postage back to our warehouse in Singapore, is borne by you.
Backorders are not to be exchanged or exchanged for store credit. Please be very sure before you make your backorders. There will be no exceptions to this. We do not entertain a change of mind ( to other styles / brands / designs) - so please be very sure before you make your backorders.
