- All sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There will be no exceptions to this.
- Please note that we do not do exchanges for sizes / or do refunds for international orders. All orders made on our site for international orders are final. If you would still like your orders credited, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and please ship back the items to us. Shipping costs from your country back to Singapore will be borne by you.
- For our customers in Malaysia, because of the near proximity to Singapore, please drop us an email and we can discuss about the shipment back and the credit to your account if you have received a defected item
- All items bought with discount codes (from social media pages, contests etc) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable as well.
- Yoga Design Lab products, Omgoing balls and Omgoing paddings are strictly non - refundable and non - exchangeable.
Wrong sizes chosen
At OMGOING, we strive to make you happy. Sometimes you may have chosen the wrong sizes for your apparels as everyone's body is different and we are all gorgeous!
If you have chosen the wrong size, please write to us immediately at email@example.com and we will attend to your email as soon as we can. Please only send back the exchanged item when you have our confirmation via email. Mailing charges back to our return address will be borne by the customer.
There will be no exchanges / credit for international orders. All orders made through our site for international orders, are final. This is due to logistic, shipping and exchange rate issues.
Exchange requests outside the 7 day window, from date of delivery, will only be accepted at our sole discretion.
If you have chosen the wrong size:
- A direct replacement of the original product order will be provided, in your desired size. In the event that the product is sold out, store credits will be issued. Store credits have a validity period of 30 days from the day we receive the returned parcel.
- We do not provide exchanges to other designs or styles or brands. If the wrong size is chosen, we will exchange for a smaller / bigger size of the same product only. There will be a exchange mailing fee of SGD2 for every parcel that is exchanged, for normal mail shipping and SGD4.80 for registered shipping. A completion of the funds transfer would need to be done before we send out the exchanged item.
- In the event that the product is sold out, store credits will be issued. Store credits have a validity period of 30 days from the day we receive the returned parcel. We will not extend store credits further than 30 days.
- We do not provide cash refunds for returns for wrong sizes.
- All exchanges have to be carried out by post.
- Exchanges have to be sent back to us in their original packaging, that includes the packaging of the products too. Customers bear the charges of the returned parcels themselves.
- You may return the product to us within 14 working days of receipt.

- The product should be returned unworn, in its original condition and with garment tags untampered.
- Returns outside the 14 day window will only be accepted at our sole discretion.
- Returns that have been worn, washed, soiled, damaged or returned without its original label/garment tags will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Once we have checked in on the condition of the returned/ exchanged apparels, store credit codes will be emailed to you.
- There will be no refunds given for returns & exchanges.
The following reasons will not be considered for return:
1) If the apparel tag is no longer attached to the apparel, regardless of reason.
2) Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.
3) Defects which are caused / appear after washing and handling by the customer.
